ROSES

In this model I used lots of flowers once again. I adore delicate and soft rose color. I wish I could wear this color all my life.

MASQUERADE

I know, that Marie Antoinette could never wear purple color, which was the favorite color of King Louis XV's mistress Madame de Pompadour. But I simply couldn't abandon this captivating mysterious color, which diluted the collection, bringing the mood of celebration and carnival.

CAKE!

Marie Antoinette's famous phrase "Let them eat cake!" is ahead of its author in popularity. Although historians refuse the veracity of this phrase, one thing is certain: Marie Antoinette loved cakes. Pink, peach, almond, they are an indispensable element of a dinner table. Incredible lightness, airiness and delicacy served as an inspiration to create dresses. Flowing folds of delicate pastel shades unwittingly remind us of cakes. In combination with white accessories, resembling whipped cream, this dress looks particularly appetizing.

PANIER

This wedding dress was inspired by very popular rococo trend - volume skirts. Production of this skirt took 104 hand-made flowers, 8 meters of silk and about 150 hours of hardworking. With my obsession to accuracy production took much longer, than it could require. So, not to lose the precious time during production, I was listening to audiobooks of Virginia Woolf.

ANTOINETTE

I've decided to start my blog by posting my last collection, based on a historical costume of Marie Antoinette. For inspiration I used Antoinette's passion for flowers, pastel colors and cakes!
